The heavy-lifting bigger arms workout
This exercise is gunning for pure size, attacking both the tricep (the largest muscle in the arm) through bodyweight dips, and the bicep through a series of curl progressions. Keep this workout up and you’ll have to go shopping for bigger shirt sleeves. You have been warned. Get cracking.
Perform each move at a weight that’s 80% of your 10 rep max.
